Dart Engineering has been in the forensic engineering business since 2000. During this time, I have been engaged by numerous clients, including law firms, insurance companies, and property owners, to investigate all types of building and construction claims, defects, and failures. Often I find during these investigations that weather events may have contributed to, or been a primary issue. In those cases, a thorough understanding of the weather is essential in completing the investigation.
